Every home has its own ledger with a running balance, so you always know who owes what.

Maintenance requests

From “the gate's broken” to fixed, with every step written down.

  • Owners submit requests: common area, landscaping, lighting, plumbing, or other
  • Assign a board member and move it from open to in progress to resolved
  • Comments, plus photos and documents attached to each request (up to 10 MB per file)

Violations

Consistent enforcement starts with a consistent record.

  • Track it from open to notice sent, cured, and closed

Architectural review

Fence, paint, and patio requests with the plans attached and the decision on file.

  • Owners submit requests with drawings, photos, or quotes attached

Bylaws, CC&Rs, minutes, and forms where every neighbor can find them.
