We collect information you provide when you create an account or contact us — such as your name, email, community details, and homeowner records your board chooses to manage in Dwellra. We also collect standard technical data (like device and usage information) to operate and improve the service.
How we use information
We use information to provide Dwellra to your community: billing dues, sending communications you initiate, storing your documents and records, and supporting your board. We do not sell personal information.
Payments
Dues payments are processed by our payment provider (Stripe) and flow to your association's own account. Card and bank details are handled by the payment provider; Dwellra does not store full payment credentials.
Data sharing
We share information only with service providers who help us operate Dwellra (such as hosting, email/SMS delivery, and payments), and where required by law. Your community's data belongs to your association.
Your choices
You can access, correct, or export your data, and request deletion of your account. Homeowners can manage their communication preferences per channel.
