Using Dwellra
Dwellra provides software for self-managed homeowners and condominium associations. By using Dwellra, your board agrees to use it lawfully and in accordance with your community's governing documents and applicable law.
Accounts & roles
Your board is responsible for who you invite and the roles you grant. You're responsible for keeping account credentials secure and for the accuracy of the information you enter.
Payments & fees
Subscription fees for Dwellra are billed as described on our pricing page. Homeowner dues are processed by our payment provider and settle to your association's account. Payment-processor fees may apply.
Your data
Your community's data belongs to your association. You can export it, and we'll return or delete it on account closure as described in our Privacy Policy.
Availability & changes
We work to keep Dwellra available and reliable, but the service is provided as-is. We may update features and these terms; we'll give notice of material changes.
