How does the trial work?
Every community starts with a 30-day trial with every feature and no credit card. If you keep using Dwellra after the trial, we'll send your community an invoice for its plan.
Which plan is mine?
It depends only on how many homes or units your community has in Dwellra: up to 30 homes is Starter, 31 to 100 homes is Standard, and 101 to 300 homes is Plus. Over 300, email us.
Are any features held back?
No. Every plan includes every feature in the app. Plans differ only by community size.
How much do I save paying annually?
One month. The annual price is 11 times the monthly price.
Can homeowners pay their dues online?
Not yet. Owners pay the way they do today (check, Zelle, or bank transfer) using the instructions you set, and the board records and tracks every payment in Dwellra.
